Refund Policy
Every computer gets 20 free minutes with every feature, so you can try Sparrow on a real call before paying anything. If a purchase doesn’t work out, here’s how refunds work.
Codes you haven’t used
If you haven’t added your purchase code to Sparrow yet, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once the refund is issued, the code stops working.
Minutes already added
Once a code has been added to a computer, its minutes are available immediately and aren’t refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Unused minutes stay on that computer.
If something went wrong
If you were charged twice, your code didn’t work, or Sparrow failed in a way that cost you minutes — for example a service outage during a session — write to us. We review every case and will restore the minutes or refund you where Sparrow was at fault.
How to ask
- Email hello@getsparrow.app from any address. There’s no account to look up, so include your Stripe receipt (or its receipt number) and, if you have it, the purchase code.
- Tell us briefly what happened. We reply by email.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn’t limit any right to a refund or remedy you have under consumer law where you live. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
