How do I add minutes after paying?
Right after checkout you'll see your code, and it downloads as a small text file. In Sparrow, open Settings, paste the code under Minutes and click Add minutes.
Can I use one code on two computers?
No. A code adds its minutes to the first computer it's used on, and minutes can't be moved to another computer. If you reinstall Sparrow on the same computer, entering the same code again brings your remaining minutes back.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a single payment. Buy another pack whenever you need more time.
What if I lose my code?
Your code stays on the page you're sent to after paying, so you can reload or bookmark it. Once the code is in Sparrow you don't need it again unless you reinstall.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. Sparrow never sees your card details, and your email is used by Stripe only for your receipt.
